Dear skiers, We are incredibly grateful and excited that we are still able to be open this winter season for skiing and other fun winter activities! We are really looking forward to having you up at Crystal Lake to enjoy the outdoors, ski, have fun, and be active. We will be running modified operations due to state-mandated health … Read More
We are OPEN until 5pm today, and will be operating out of our main office. Half Day pricing all day today given the conditions.
We are OPEN today from 9am – 5pm, and will be holding our check-in process in our Camp Office [as opposed to the ski shop]. Conditions are decent on our upper trails that got a bit more coverage than the lower ones. Things picked up yesterday, and runs became a little fast. Lower trails, with the heavy traffic and little … Read More
It’s been a great day here at the ski shop–conditions a bit better than yesterday. Sun is up and shining brightly, snow might get soft towards the later end of the afternoon.
Conditions are the same/similar to yesterday–not much overall coverage on the trails, thus we’re not planning to groom any additional trails (groomed: Blue Moon, Pitch Pine, Laurel, Boardpile, Kettle, Hidden Pond, Blueberry, and Lake Trail). Not good conditions for skate skiing. It’s supposed to be colder today than yesterday.
We had a great opening day today–not ideal conditions, but super enthusiastic skiers! Trails are not superb; got a little sticky out there today. Still little coverage on the trails (3.5inches), and only a handful of trails were groomed (Blue Moon, Pitch Pine, Laurel, Oak Loop, Kettle, Hidden Pond, Blueberry, and Lake Trail). Conditions not good for skate skiing. We’ll … Read More
Tom has been up and has groomed a few trails (Blue Moon, Pitch Pine, Laurel, Oak Loop, Board Pile, Kettle, Blueberry, Hidden Pond, and the Fern Loop). Some trails are fine, but most have grass or sticks popping up out of the snow. It’s snowing again now, and the wind is pretty strong. Road coming up is great: plowed … Read More
We are OPEN today from 9am – 5pm for cross country skiing and snowshoeing! No new snow from last night, meaning we still have around 4inches on the ground. Nothing has been rolled, packed, or groomed. Conditions aren’t stellar, but we’re grateful for the snow on the ground.
Hi friends, It’s been a LONG time awaiting the snow to fall and stick…. Many of you heard that we were expecting a big snowstorm, and we did get some snow, just not as much as they predicted. We have about 3.5/4inches on the ground, and the weather report had called for some rain, so we’ll see if that comes overnight. … Read More
