Good Morning Skiers!
We are so grateful for the large snowfall from Monday night and throughout the day yesterday. We have around 20 inches of snow on the ground!
Due to the quantity of snow, we were only able to roll a few of our lower trails, as the snow was too deep and heavy to groom–most of our trails are untouched. Again, snow is extremely deep (thigh-high when walking through/in it), making it tricky to ski on/in as one seems to wade through it.
Likewise, the road conditions might be tricky: although we and the Township did plow, snow has been drifting due to the breeze, so there is still snow on the mountain road.
Trails will be open today at 9am!
